
Families First Coronavirus Response Act Notice

On March 25, 2020, in advance of Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) leave becoming available on April 1, 2020, the Department of Labor (DOL) published the FFCRA posters employers are required to post in a conspicuous place on their premises. An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing the Notice to employees, or posting the Notice on an employee informational internal or external website. This posting requirement is effective immediately.
