Justin Lomas works in the firm’s employment law and litigation practice group, assisting businesses navigate the ever-changing landscape of California employment laws and litigating employment and business disputes.

Before joining Delfino Madden, Justin worked at a boutique labor and employment law firm, representing private and public employers during all stages of litigation.  Justin has experience working with clients on various employment issues, drafting and answering pleadings, issuing and responding to written discovery, making and opposing motions, and conducting legal research.

Justin attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated on the Dean’s List with a concentration in Business Law.  While in law school, Justin clerked at the California Department of Human Resources and at a local labor and employment law firm.

  • Assisted in drafting a dispositive motion resulting in the dismissal of wage and hour claims involving allegations of off-the-clock work and meal and rest period violations.
  • Assisted in representing a large furniture company to reach a favorable settlement on a lawsuit filed by a former employee alleging claims based on disability discrimination.
