Lauren McDonald is a member of the firm’s corporate law, commercial real estate, intellectual property, privacy, and non-profit/tax exempt organizations practice groups.

She advises entities of all shapes and sizes in negotiating, drafting and reviewing a variety of transactions and agreements including, mergers and acquisitions, leases, purchase and sale, investor agreements, formations, nondisclosure and confidentiality, among others.

Before joining Delfino Madden, Lauren advised entrepreneurs, small businesses and creatives across various industries including, e-commerce, education, technology, commercial cannabis, music, television/new media, plus many more.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys hiking, live music, and trying new restaurants.
