Tiffany has experience representing companies in all stages of mergers and acquisitions, including diligence, drafting, and deal management. She has experience representing corporate clients of all sizes, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies to private equity firms, in the technology, retail, energy, and pharmaceutical industries.
