California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Regulation Update

Today the Attorney General’s office released revised proposed regulations.  Because the revisions are substantive, interested parties will have another opportunity to submit written comments, but with a particular emphasis on the proposed changes.  Any comments are due before February 25, 2020 [the comment deadline was extended by the AG’s office on February 10, 2020].
